All I can say to those on earlier weeks is "BELIEVE, BELIEVE, BELIEVE" I didn't so much at first, I was amazed at myself with WK5R3 ---- but now...... "I'm a Believer"!! I must check out that track to see if it fits with my pace - which is slow, but I don't care. I did it :D :D.
Thank you for all the great encouragement on this forum.

Well done. The speed doesn't matter at the moment, that will come. It's the completing that matters now so you are exhilarated and not defeated. Keep it up you KNOW you can do it now.
"I am a believer", to quote the Monkeys 1966 hit, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are indeed a believer, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER as well, onwards and upwards to week 7.
Well done. It's a great feeling. I did mine this morning and as I was doing the warm up 5 minutes I was telling myself "I can do this " There's a saying, " If you think you can or you think you can't, you'll be right " Well done again x
