Not sure if it was the biting cold last night but Run1 of week 7 proved a little more difficult than the last of week 6, albeit that I managed to pick up the pace 'very slightly' for the last minute.
I'm still totally amazed that I can now run for 25 mins without a break, even if it is slow and actually finding that the full sessions hold less trepidation for me than the interval training. This probably sounds a little odd but I guess its that I know what I'm letting myself in for (??).
Anyway, I am so glad that I started this little venture and would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to get a bit fitter or finding a little distraction from the mundane, it definitely puts you in a better place; I've lost count of the number of times I've had a minute or two's chuckle to myself after I've finished a session.
