So I left too big a gap between run 2&3 on week 1 & then moving on to week 2, so last Mon I decided I would start again & run on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, just done w2r1 & feel really good about it, wasn't sure how I'd cope with running for 90seconds instead of 60, but it was easier than I thought......Whoop, bring on Wednesday!!

Well done.

As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.

After that loss of condition is gradual.

Well done. We’re at the same point on the programme and doing the same days... did my W2R1 this morning too! Keep going... 👍
