Well after struggling and puffing through w1 r1 and suffering extreme knee pain for a couple of weeks (which did incidentally disappear with plenty of knee exercises and good running shoes thanks to the recommendations of this community) I have finally made it week 9 run 3 complete and now I know what it feels like to be a graduate and it feels good. But what next? Any advice gratefully received.πŸ˜€

When I graduated the last time, I planned some consolidation runs and did some parkruns.. Now that may not be the option now.. maybe look virtual runs. I needed something to focus on to keep me going out there.

I'll need to remember this advice when I graduate again!!
