After a day snowing yesterday and still snowing today here in Broadstairs Kent I have decided -maybe to some a bit wimpish!!- I am not running this morning, looks mighty slushy and slippy, I do not want an injury being so close to graduation. Out of interest if anyone does run in snow do you have different trainers ???

There's a bit of snow here too and lots of ice and slush. I am going out today after work, just because I want to do it at least once in these situations. I have to admit though I also have a treadmill, but I prefer not to use it when I can, because it feels so much harder than running outdoors. Only used it 1 time in the past months, when it was storming and there was a risk of falling branches and flying debris. I just want to get out there at least once in this weather, just to have done it. I'll run when I can run and I'll walk where it's too dangerous to run. At least I'd have done it once and then if it's really icky, I can run my next few runs on the dreadmill.

Not going to use any different trainers, just because I only have my one pair.

Ive just started running in mudclaws and the difference is incredible on snow and mud, but i am only on week three, but i would use them for walking the dogs too as just no slipping,
