Just got back from completing R2W3 and would like to give a big thumbs up to the motorists who moved over to the centre of the road to avoid splashing me or causing me to run through a miasma of atomised road filth. The run itself went well and I was pleased with my new Donjoy ankle support. I bought this support from Health and Care and not from Amazon, saving myself £10. Running with this gives me extra confidence. I'm now looking forward to completing week 3 and moving onward and upwards.

Well done on completing run 2 of week 3, good of the motorists not splashing you while you were running along the road, I have heard of some instances when motorists deliberately increased their speed when they saw a runner and went as close as possible to soak that runner with water from large puddles at the side of the road, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 3.
