Wow wow I did it! Feel so happy. I was absolutely dreading this run didn't think I was ready for it. I loaded myself with all the advice off here particularly about slowing it down and it was so helpful.

My advice to anyone heading into this is gentle gentle jog and believe in yourself be positive you can do it!!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, there have been a few runners doing R3W5 today, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran which is a milestone run with C25K.
