W5R3 .......tick

Just finished the dreaded W5R3, over the moon. As with most people, I was extremely nervous about tackling this run, but eventually shut out the gremlins in my head. Nice dry and sunny morning in Swansea, a bit fresh, perfect to attack this run. As instructed by various contributors, I took it slow and just kept on jogging. Anyone approaching this milestone......as in Nike's slogan....Just Do It πŸ‘

Just do it, you have just done it, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Congratulations on completing week 5 run 3 .A milestone run in the program.

You'll probably be smiling all day now 😁

Just be mindful of week 6 runs 1 and 2 as going back to intervals catches people out !

Congrats!

You've conquered the biggest psychological hurdle in the program, aside with W1R1.

NOTHING else in the remaining weeks should faze you now.

Crack on!
