I don’t look at the runs until I have my trainers on and I’m ready to go (else I would over think and panic), so Sarah Milligan telling me that I was going to run for 20mins without a walk break today came as a bit of a shock 😱

I wasn’t sure I would finish the full 20mins, but my trusty running partner was more than ready so we set off regardless....... and we only went and did it πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Well done. Be sure to encourage other runners who say how they are anxious about this run πŸ‘πŸ‘

Nice one, lovely to knock down a little intrepidation. Well done on your run! I'm about to start week 3 and 20 mins seems aaaaages! But like you, I don't look at what's coming!

Sorry, spoiler alert πŸ™ˆ But yes, it’s so good to achieve something that you didn’t think you could do. Keep going, it’s well worth it πŸ‘πŸ»

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6

Al usually says as well to be careful of Week 6. Those first two runs with walking breaks can catch people out. So still take it slowly and you will do it. W5R3 is a landmark run. You should be grinning all day tomorrow too.

Well done Littlelinzi89 I did it last week and shocked myself It s go to show the programme really works and each run prepares you for the next one Week6R1 was weird though as you go back to shorter runs but it's all part of the plan Once again Well done πŸ‘

Well done! I did mine this morning too. Doesn't it make you feel fantastic when you finish? I'm looking forward to Monday when I do my W6R1. x
