Don't let week 5 scare you, it's easier than you think it's going to be.

I've just done run 3 and feel amazing, exhilarated and ready for week 6.

Well done.

There is no reason to fear any run in C25K and W5 is just another set of progressive workouts, albeit climaxing with a run that builds self belief and confidence.Stay nice and slow for W6R1...........it catches many out.

Well done Chrimson51 to run continuously for 20 minutes is a great achievement 👏🏻👏🏻as IannodaTruffe rightly says, Week 6 although staggered again can catch people out so nice and slow on that one ok 👍🏃‍♀️
