There is no reason to fear any run in C25K and W5 is just another set of progressive workouts, albeit climaxing with a run that builds self belief and confidence.Stay nice and slow for W6R1...........it catches many out.
Well done Chrimson51 to run continuously for 20 minutes is a great achievement 👏🏻👏🏻as IannodaTruffe rightly says, Week 6 although staggered again can catch people out so nice and slow on that one ok 👍🏃♀️
