I fail to understand why you are not looking forward to W7 when it is an integral part of a training plan that you presumably knew was designed to get you running for 30 minutes.
Do you not want to run for 30 minutes?
If you do, then at some point you are going to have to run for 25 minutes................you have already done it once, so what exactly is the problem?
Hey! I’ve completed run 1 of week 7 and hope to do 2 today weather depending! Don’t dread it...look forward to it! You can run for a full 25mins and that’s amazing! I do the 25min runs with a huge smile on my face because I got this far! Blast some good tunes, take your mind elsewhere, relax and enjoy. Don’t go too fast, slow and steady wins most of the time. Good luck!
Hey I’m glad I’m not the only one I’m struggling with week 6 my run 2 today was awful ! Maybe because of the wind rain and two glasses of red wine I had last night 🙈 Good luck with week 7 I hopefully won’t be too far behind you but will have to repeat today’s run for sure as I gave up !!! 😫
