Week three done...now for week four (gulp)

Just done my last run of week three this morning. Very happy with the run. The shin pain was less and my left foot "slapping" happened later in the final run which means my shin muscle is in better shape. I felt there was still some running in my legs so a bit self satisfied and motivated for week four. But there's quite a step up in the running which is a bit daunting as others on here have found from reading the posts. I shan't let those affect my mental attitude though (but ask me after the first run!). I hope the weather is dry on Tuesday.

Same here, did my last week 3 run today. Planning on resting tomorrow then starting week for Tuesday after work. Bit nervous as it seems quite a big jump in running time, but I'm sure I'll smash it, as will you :-)

Same here. I start Week 4 tomorrow . It does seem a big jump up in running time. We shall see what happens. 😂

I have one more run left to do of W4 and honestly, you will surprise yourself....in a positive way! As many have said already, trust the programme and you will and can do it! They say running/jogging is 20% ‘body’ and 80% ‘mental’! Good luck and enjoy W4👍🏼
