I did it! I completed C25K and also managed a 5k, this includes the 5min walk at the beginning at end but with my calculations it's still just about a 5k. I'm so proud of myself and how far I've come, I never thought I would even get this far, I'm terrible at sticking with things but this has managed to just stick! Time to keep going!

Congratulations Runner!
Congratulations on completing and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
Well done on completing your c25K
Great news.
Read the Consolidation Club advice. It's not compulsory but advisable. In about a month or less you will be doing one run a week of 40 minutes running and looking at your pace you will be smashing a sub 40 minute 5K. That is a bit of a way off for me (43.5 minutes is my baseline). So you should be so pleased. My excuse is that I'm overweight and 30 years and change older than you. Point being is don't compare yourself to others (apart from those stuck on the couch!) Enjoy improving your own personal distance and/or time goals. And just enjoy running.
Celebrate your success today.
