Well done on taking the decision to do C25k, it is exciting, there’s no need to worry, try to relax and take the running parts really slowly, you’ll hear the term snails pace on here a lot, that way you’ll have enough left in the tank to finish. It’s a great programme and it works if you stick with it. It’s not easy, as someone once said to me ‘if it was easy, everyone would be doing it’. Make this forum your go to place for all the help and support you need........Good Luck 👍🏃‍♂️

You will be fine just take it nice nd slow to start with, you will probably fine it a bit tough to start with but just keep going, I've nearly finished week 4 nd I'm running more than I am walking now nd really loving it probably up early in the morning to finish week 4, good look you will love it..😉

Am super excited for you! It can feel really anxious at the start. Still, as you go through each week you will become much more comfortable with the runs Couchphoenix and Stocksy67 provide great pointers about what to expect in the programme- and they are right, you will see improvements if you stick with the programme and possibly fall in love with running!!! 🏃‍♂️🏃🏃‍♀️

That worry, there's no need it's only running 👍 and we're right here behind you with all the support you'll need, be a nudge to get off the sofa when it's raining! Or answering what may seem like a silly question, it probably isn't that silly!

So good luck 👍. One priceless piece of advice..... Read the plan thoroughly, the links below, stretches oh yes please before and after running another link..

Happy Running

Welcome, and congratulations? I’m at the other end of the spectrum- a granny. I’ve always wanted to jog and I’m in week 4. Hoping I can do it and it’s not too late to start. Good luck!
