It's taken me 2 weeks to get around to the 3rd run of week 7. I went out Xmas Day and then a really icy run around new year, which put me off a bit. With a bout of gout and lots of ice and snow, I've allowed myself to fall behind a little. So, I'm going to repeat Week 7 and get right back at it. Onwards and upwards!
