So, wow - I really didn't expect this. I'm still at it π³ my first v.early, wet one- Wk 4/2. The longer timing on this week's runs gets my halftime bell now to the bottom of Alexandra Palace gates with a steady inclined jog all the way out from home.....I'm planning a 'Rocky style' finish up those palace steps for my wk 9 halfway bell!

That looks a tough way of doing C25K. You are allowed to do some runs on a flatter route. You'll be flying on them!
