So, wow - I really didn't expect this. I'm still at it 😳 my first v.early, wet one- Wk 4/2. The longer timing on this week's runs gets my halftime bell now to the bottom of Alexandra Palace gates with a steady inclined jog all the way out from home.....I'm planning a 'Rocky style' finish up those palace steps for my wk 9 halfway bell!

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.

I love the idea of a rocky run up the steps what a brilliant thing to aim for 😊 Well done for getting this far - you've got this.

That looks a tough way of doing C25K. You are allowed to do some runs on a flatter route. You'll be flying on them!
