When I started C25K I aimed to graduate by Christmas. I've had to repeat a few runs along the way, and then there's life, so every other day hasn't always been possible. But today I completed week 7, and although my lower legs are aching, the run itself was no trouble at all. I can hardly believe this is me. Feeling so confident to complete now - which will probably change again next run - but I can't imagine a better way to start 2021 for my own sense of well-being. Here's to all of us. We're doing an amazing thing.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Enjoy your journey.
