Starting 2021 as I mean to go on

Did my first run of the year in aid of #RunRoundTheWorldWithKev. Managed 7.5k and then had nothing left to give.

I am so very thankful that I decided to give C25K another go and that I stuck with it to graduation. I am also hugely grateful to have found this forum because it has been invaluable.

I never thought that I’d be a be able to run at all let alone that I’d enjoy it. I can now run for an hour and that just blows my mind.

Thank you to anyone who has ever provided encouragement, support, advice or simply a “you go, girl!” - you are all amazing.
