Broken Arm

Happy New Running! I’m about to start some 1:1 Couch to 5k groups on Monday, but one participant has her arm in plaster (4 weeks to go). I’m guessing she shouldn’t participate until she’s out of plaster...but does anyone have any advice/experience of running with an arm injury? Thanks! Elena

I think it is best that the woman with a broken arm checks with her doctor. They know best ☺
