When you announce your graduation I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.
If you cannot wait, it is sitting in the FAQ Posts, which you will find in the Pinned Posts.
I completed C25K about 4 years(ish) ago and have just carried on.
Initially running 5k, but then increased this and typically now run 8 to 10km 3 times a week. Not that I have done it for a while now, but have run 14km a few times.
Good luck and well done for graduating!

Hi there! I am on week 8 (w8r2 today) too and came on to ask exactly the same thing 😊.
Hi, you could try doing some consolidation runs of 3 x 30 mins (or 3 x 5K) for a few weeks just to get your body used to running the time/distance.
After that maybe you could try following JuJu’s Magic 10K plan from the ‘Bridge to 10K’ community on here. That’s what a lot of us do after graduating.
Otherwise there are lots of running apps out there. I use the Nike Run Club (NRC) app.
I hope that’s some help. Good luck! 🙂👍
