Hi Everyone,

It's freezing cold out there!😂

Today's run felt easier than W6R1, maybe because the cold has distracted me from thinking about running and my main focus was to get warm. 😅Found myself running a tiny bit faster than on my previous runs when Jo has suggested it but its still a comfortable snail pace. Progress!😁

So happy that i left the house and went for this run!!

Thank you all for your posts, its so inspiring to read and motivating me to get out there too!

Well done, I think you probably found it easier because your body is adapting to running and now is able to do more. Keep going with the plan and see how much more your body can deliver when you give it the right amount of exercise and rest - it's fascinating.
