It was sheer bloody mindedness that just got me through this run! I kept thinking about all the + posts which really helped me through it have to say, that and a young lad flying past me at about a million miles an hour 😀. No way was I ever going to catch him but it motivated me. Anyway, hope everyone has a lovely Christmas 🎄.

I did W7R1 today too! I don't know why the 25 minutes I did today seemed much harder than the W6R3 25 minutes three days ago, but it was. I managed it though, like you. Out again on Boxing Day. Onwards and upwards.
