YES!! I completed it and ran about 4.2K in the 30 minute run phase. Unbelievable to have completed the runs when it seemed like a very tall order when I started on 20 October. Had issues with wheezing at start (having had asthma during younger days a long time ago) but it went away thank God after a few weeks.

Thanks Rennur. I tell you what, it is a lot cheaper to run so running is better! BTW Calvert Lewin is giving me lots of points in Fantasy Premier League so hope he keeps scoring (except against my team WHU - another expensive habit due to season ticket).

I too had some issues with coughs and wheezes after running, especially in the cold - like you they seem to have gone away. Congratulations on graduating!

Thanks Helm108 . The cold made it worse I remember, but it has been mild lately and those horrible symptoms have gone! Stay healthy!!

I have looked at the Graduate badge pinned to the the runners here during the 10 weeks I took to complete and it was a great motivator - especially when you have the bad days. So a "big up" to everyone that got me here either directly or indirectly 🙏, because it looked to be a huge task after those first 8 1min runs.

Indeed! I am envious of other sports where crowds mix, I don't like WHU to lose but I would never harm anyone either. So it was great to see.
