Completed yay

So I have finally finished the course. After initially starting way back in April as a way to get away from my kids, I then had a few month off as life and work got in the way. But restarted in October and completed my last run today in the pouring rain(slightly annoyed as Strava gave up so didn’t actually record how far I’d gone but my watch said 4K and judge by previous runs I would say that correct) but I still managed to run for a full 35 mins which is absolutely amazing 🤩🤩🤩

Excellent stuff. Enjoy Consolidation. I just listen to my own music and have a 30 minute timer and a 3 or 4 minute warning from my downloadable interval timer. I will move on to Ju Ju's Magic Plan - Time Version (sort of started already!) as I have done a month's consolidation now. Still enjoying it (if not more so - is that possible!!)
