W4R1 done yesterday morning

It wasn't as hard as I expected! I started slowly to conserve my energy. As I was approaching the end of the 2nd 5 minute run I could see the end of a bridge across the river, which I had to cross on my way home. I decided to run to the bridge, although it meant running an extra 200 metres or so. I felt really pleased that I had enough energy to do that - it's encouraging for the next run, which will be tomorrow.

Well done swissfish that's amazing and to have extra energy at the end, it shows your body is ready for the next challenge.

Well done! And as for a bit of extra energy, you can always run a tad faster at the end to expel all that extra energy ;).

Be careful of pushing yourself too much. I did on run W4R3 and will now have to take a few days out to allow my lower leg tendons to recover.
