I completed W6R3 but have now stalled. Basically when I did that run I didn't feel 100% well but went out and did it anyway (yay Me!).
Turns out I was coming down with a bug and haven't felt good for past week. Feeling a bit better now and hoping to start again.... but where from?
I'm guessing I will need to go back a week at least? Does starting W5 again sound about right?
Thanks for any advice about starting again after stalling!

Providing you feel well enough, I would repeat w6 r3 if that’s where you had to pause and see how you find it. If you’re still feeling poorlyish, maybe go for w5 r2/r3 depending on your energy levels. You may not have to work back through the weeks as your fitness will still be established so a w5r3 followed by a w6r3 in another few days may have you ready to tackle week 7. Do what you feel is right for your body! Best of luck
They say it takes a fortnight to lose any fitness. I had a cold at week six and was off for about 10 days. I followed advice to pick up where I left off and it was fine😀👍
As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
After that loss of condition is gradual.
All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out and see what we can comfortably manage, then build back up gently, using C25k or something similar as a guide to weekly increase.
