Well done.The barrier that you are struggling with at the start of every run is common to all runners and is known as the Toxic Ten healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and is the reason that there is little point pushing hard at the start of a run.
Oh wow thank you for this little insight very interesting. That was my biggest problem when I started, going too hard at the start but I'm getting better with my pace now but still a lot to learn π
