Week 4 run 3 repeat

Well I did it without stopping, and actually covered just over 4km wowzers.... I’m actually starting to believe that I can do this!

My last 3 week 4 runs ( slow jogs) were terrible and had to stop during the 5 minutes but I found today was just fine. I’ve invested in orthoflexics knee supports for my dodgy knees and I tried them for the first time today. Maybe a placebo affect but it worked for me and my knees felt great..... now to get something for the arthritic feet lol. Any suggestions?

Well done.

Knee supports will give support but they will not develop your knee strength, so doing the strengthening exercises linked to in the guide to the plan will be beneficial.
