Well I did it without stopping, and actually covered just over 4km wowzers.... I’m actually starting to believe that I can do this!
My last 3 week 4 runs ( slow jogs) were terrible and had to stop during the 5 minutes but I found today was just fine. I’ve invested in orthoflexics knee supports for my dodgy knees and I tried them for the first time today. Maybe a placebo affect but it worked for me and my knees felt great..... now to get something for the arthritic feet lol. Any suggestions?
