Finished the last run of week 4, this was my 4th time and I’m so happy I listened to you guys’d advice and my body and took the time to make sure I understood what pace is right for me! Still feel a little anxious about week 5, especially the 3rd run but will take it slow, I definitely feel more prepared now! Yay 😁.
Have also been re reading my morning pages journals to prepare for the new year and i was saying do couch25k in 2017 so.... I’m really determined to see this through even at the pace of a snail! Thanks for the support everyone!
I played hella sports when I was at school (over 15years ago now - yeeesh) I could also sprint but never had much stamina, I remember the 3 min warm up runs were always a pain and now it’s super ‘comfortable’ starting to feel like myself again a bit strange the things you remember.
