Thanks to your good advice I have slowed down and breathing okay but now its the knees😱should I wear some sort of support or will this get better? Ibuprofen helps but don't want to keep on taking them for ever😄

Well done.The best thing you can do for your knees is to follow the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact and strengthening exercises.
Knee supports will not overcome the problem long term.
