I intended to continue doing W1 for at least a couple more times (have done 4) but went out today and felt up for trying the 90 sec runs - probably also attracted to the 2 minute intervals. Went really well. Looking forward to going for it again on Friday. Very motivated by the podcast song ‘I’m stronger than that’. Hopefully no one heard me belting it out. 😂

I found week 2 much easier than week 1, possibly psychologically because there were fewer, albeit longer, runs. And each week has got progressively easier to manage - I start week 8 on Friday. This is a very well designed programme in my opinion and you did the right thing moving on to week 2 - week 1 got you ready for it!

Keep following the program, you will be surprised what you are capable of, keep moving through the weeks and always remember your rest days

Yesterday though the weather was foul I got out and did Wk2,R3. I’m a bit scared of a 3 minute run in Wk3 so I might stick with Wk2 until my body tells me it’s comfortable but just getting this far feels an achievement.
