Actually, look up SLOW JOGGING. That is 'running' at the pace of walking. I myself run just an teeny tiny bit faster than walking pace. So I guess I can't officially call myself a slow jogger, but in any case, this pace feels so much better to me. I feel like I am doing sport (it is still not the same as walking, it is more exhausting) and yet I can keep it up (so far). There is no such thing as running too slow. The most important thing now is to do it. First you go to reach 30 minutes running and only afterwards you can - if you want - focus on speed. First the basis!

Well done!
