Pouring rain, busy baking all day, getting dark, darn it's too late to go out. No, I went anyway, used the gravel field at the local school, so I was not far from home and not dealing with traffic. I am really surprised how good I felt. The first 5 minute run seemed long, the second one I did some strides at the four minute mark. It seemed to relieve my muscles from the tensed jogging movement. I am looking forward to the next one.
