Second run

Did my second run yesterday...didn't find it any easier than the first, but it was a lovely day and the sun was shining - it felt good to be out enjoying it rather than stuck indoors. Third run tomorrow.

My schedule next week means I won't be able to do anything during the week, which is a shame...so I may have to go back to week one runs the week after. But I'm determined to get to the end and do the week nine run eventually!

I know it says 9 weeks but who cares if it takes 18? Its the keeping going that's important, so just make sure you're back in a week telling us how its going.
