Belated hello and a question!

Ive been meaning to come on here an introduce myself since I started couch to 5k over 3 weeks ago!

I have just finishing W4R2. I've not struggled too much so far which I've been surprised with. I am 31 but I started this 12 weeks after giving birth to my first baby. I wasn't in the best shape starting this due to severe pre eclampsia at the end of my pregnancy which meant lots of time in hosptial and quite a traumatic birth.

I've really enjoyed it so far. It hasn't been easy as my first run was the first time I had ever left my baby and timing getting out of the house whilst still nursing is a juggling act, but my husband grabs the baby as soon as he finishes work and I am straight out the door!

I've managed to blast through all the runs so far but I have looked at the timings for 5 weeks which I'm nervous but excited for. I've found reading this forum so helpful for tips and motivation!

My question is I found a link someone had posted with some dynamic warm up stretches which I really enjoyed doing before my run but I've lost the page and I cant find it again. I think it was an NHS one with gifs of man showing how to do 5 stretches. Does anyone know which one I mean?

Thank you!
