Snow almost all gone so no problems with wet feet today. The first of the 6 runs was hardest, but I kept going and the other 5 were easier (not saying they were easy, I just found them easier than the first one!!!)
Now on to W3 which I plan to start on Sunday morning - I'll let you know how it goes.

Well done for getting over that first run. It trains you for later runs, when the first few minutes are often the worse. Once you know you can get over the start, it makes it so much easier.
It's essentially your body getting used to exercise
