So yesterday was to be w6r3, my chance to become a real runner.
Went out on the new route, flat to start with a slight uphill in the middle and then downhill to finish. Now I've done both w6r1&2 on this route and enjoyed it, so confidence was high.
Get up, get dressed, music on, Laura to talk me through it. Get the first 10 done, no problem, then three minutes later hit a wall, legs say no. Not really out of breath.
When I did w5r3 in the morning that was a real struggle, w6r1&2 were done in the evening. I don't understand and it's knocked my confidence for 6
