So I did Wk1 first session with the 8 minutes running today after three weeks of just fast walking. I jogged for all 8 minutes! My body kept saying ‘I can’t do this’ but my brain kept telling it I was going to post on here that I’d done it so just get on with it. Thanks for encouraging messages yesterday. This is just the beginning.

Will do. I’m 25 so should be fit for my age, weigh in at just over 22 stone so need to get my arse into gear. Hoping this helps
