So I did Wk1 first session with the 8 minutes running today after three weeks of just fast walking. I jogged for all 8 minutes! My body kept saying ‘I can’t do this’ but my brain kept telling it I was going to post on here that I’d done it so just get on with it. Thanks for encouraging messages yesterday. This is just the beginning.
