I had no real difficulty with it, I was able to run for 90 seconds OK. In fact I was looking forward to the end of the 2 minute walk between the runs, so I could run again! I did as Laura suggested and didn't run too fast.
I am planning to do W2R2 tomorrow morning but I just checked the weather forecast - rain and a maximum temperature of 2 degrees... But there's no such thing as bad weather, right? Just the wrong clothing - so what do people suggest for running in rain - I don't want to overheat!
Thanks for any suggestions!

Well done swissfish, tomorrow's weather sounds like perfect weather for a run👍.
I personally prefer to wear as little as possible to save overheating 🥵 I've had disasters in getting it wrong, not enjoyable.. it's it's raining I'm ok with tee-shirt and shorts, once you're wet, you're wet, it's the chill to watch out for especially as the season is changing. I'll run with a lightweight jacket it's shower proof but definitely is good for keeping the wind out, and either a cap or lightweight hat.. looking forward to hearing your run details when you return 🙂
