Hi all, this is my first post, and thought I better introduce myself.
Iβm a 53 year old truck driver from Scotland with a physique resembling Jabba the Hut. I started C25K in October, and have run every second day to work my way through the programme.
Iβm still in shock that in such a short space of time Iβve gone from struggling to run for 90 seconds, to running for 30 minutes.
Iβm hoping to continue running every 2nd day now, and see if I can lose a bit of weight in the process. Today I graduated, and Iβm going to celebrate with a latte and a mince pie. ππ

Well done!! Itβs so nice to complete the task and graduate. I graduated last week and Iβve managed to do 3 runs since and I have a bit of confidence under my belt doing it. I hope the same for you too as you keep running.

Woohoo! Many congratulations! ππππππ» I made a new playlist of favourite music to run to during consolidation & explored some new routes β it gave it a fresh new feel.
Congratulations!!! ππππ«π«π«πππ Amazing how much we can improve in such a short amount of time, no? Hope the latte and pie hit the spot.
