I will smash 3.5K next time. Felt like running through treacle in the middle section, but tried to push it at the end and jogged on a further 2 minutes. I think I need to think about pushing it 3 minutes from the end and increasing that slowly over the next few weeks, but not at the expense of injury.

I guess it's such early days, at this running malarky, for most of us, i'd be happy that your now doing 30 mins, dont worry what other people do, times, and pace, etc, i use the NRC app, which tells me pace, and distance, and i suppose it's quite normal to want to go faster, but everyones different, age, and general fitness, blimey, i was still smoking 15 months ago! 🤣
