Posting on the offchance that there are members in the Twickenham area who could do with a bit of support to complete Couch to 5k. I have just helped four groups of lovely neighbours to complete Couch to 5k and plan to do it all again in the New Year! If you’re in my area I’d love to support you by completing Couch to 5k with you and motivating you every step of the way. We will start on Monday 4 January. Sessions will run at 8am, 3pm and 4pm on Monday/Wednesday/Friday – you choose your time slot and attend 3 times a week. Each group is limited to 5 runners plus me. Message me to grab your place!
