Really enjoyed graduating last Sat, but had this slight anxious feeling as Iβd found W9R3 slightly tough.
Didnβt want to leave it too long, but had to fit in a run around full-time work commitments. I was wondering- should I do a short run, just to keep at it. Then woke up early this morning, and instead of hitting the snooze button, my body told me to get out there and run cos it was missing the running after 4 days. I followed the call, got out of bed, put on my running gear and got out there, thinking Iβd just push myself a bit, but wonβt get hung up on how long, distance, pace.
Put on the C25K app and redid W9R3 to guide me. When Jo said Iβd hit halfway point, I was still feeling good, with enough puff to keep going, & had to mark the feeling with this halfway point pic, taken while on the go.
From then on, KT Tunstall kept me going with Jo interspersed, & then Jo said Iβd got 60 seconds left, and then I was soon done!
And I felt great for it, and when I checked Strava, my pace was better too!
I am so thankful for this app and community, looking forward to more runs now.
