I did it!!! I strapped my ankle up, had my favourite podcast in my ear and I went out for a run. It was splendid. But hard.

Having had the time off isolating then the week off for my ankle I thought I better try a smaller run before cracking on with w8.

I’ve done this particular run so many times now, I know exactly what Jo is going to say before she says it.... “Paddington bear stares”

So glad to be back out... already excited for my next run

Wahey Hatties back on the running trail👍😁😁. Really pleased for you Hattie, and great to hear you're making a sensible return. You look pretty chuffed with yourself, and so you should be. Take care of that ankle, and take it steady. Good work 👌👏👏👏🦌🐢🐌🏃‍♀️🙋

I assume that is a happy face and not a pained, tired or sleepy face.Keep an eye on that ankle. Maybe, control that enthusiasm and give yourself at least 2 days rest.
