New member here, did W1R1 on Sunday, will do W1R2 later today

Having often stated that 'I don't do running' - here I am. I'd been worried that running was bad for knees but have been persuaded that's not the case. Other family members of similar age to me are able to run 5k (and more) without any problems so I decided to try C25K. I walk a lot with the dog so I'm reasonably fit.

Anyway W1R2 is waiting - I'll post an update later...

You're right - the photo was taken in Scotland (I'm originally from Scotland). The lighthouse is the one at the Mull of Galloway.
