Just wanted to write down how fabulous and great I feel on week 8 Run 1
After week 7 !
Week 7 was not that good on Sunday I’d had a few gin and T-s all night I sweated got up that thought I could smash week 7
Sadly not one off my Yorkshire terriers didn’t not want to run more then 10 mins in and ran off so I had to go back drop dogs off and start again which was very slow sweaty and not good at all stopped and started !
Wednesday I thought right I’ve got this took grand daughter to school then pitched up for my run it was hard I stopped a few times to catch my breath so felt disheartened with that
Friday I was thought right new route take good runner yorkie with me and go fir it I’ve got two days rest after but on this run I met two lots off girlie friends I new that wanted to stop and chat 😫my phone died I had no idea how far I eventually run but new I’d pushed myself after the two stops !!
So today week 8 my phone fully charged my good companion yorkie I went out thinking please let me get this
And yes I did none stop running for 28 mins and I feel good
It’s amazing from week one until today feel so good and determined to finish it
