Week 8 - tick :0)

Well after not such a good run on Tuesday, week 8 has ended on a high. Two of my Kms were sub 7 mins and I felt really good tonight. I am looking forward to graduating and building on what the programme has given me. I am amazed every time I go out and run. I feel healthier, trimmer, my heart rate is slower. This has been an incredible couple of months. I really hope that I have got myself into the routine of running at least 3 times a week. Look out week 9, I am coming to get you!!!

Goodness that's fast! Have you been on the Red Bull??!!

God I hate red bull, I think it tastes like cough medicine. I really don't understand the pleasure taken in jaeger bombs with it. So , no, lol, no red bull for me. Something has sped me up though, probably me wanting to hit that elusive 5 k x

Ghastly stuff - I only tried it once and it did nothing for me! Perhaps your trainers are sprouting wings?

I remember exactly that feeling. Suddenly there is a shift isn't there, from thinking you are never going to make it, to realising that you can.

I am so happy for you and totally convinced that you will succeed xx

Definitely - I have proved to myself I can do it :0)
