What is your favourite running shoe?

At the moment I have brooks ariel but they are hurting, i can never get them done up right. So I'm going to get some new shoe in the sale 😁

Best way to get the right shoe is to have a gait analysis done at an independent running shop and they will advise .The best shoe for someone else might not be a good show for you !

You can then still buy in the sales but at least you will know what you need in terms of support

When I bought my running shoes the lady in the shop showed me how to tie a lace lock/runner's knot. This stops the shoe moving around on the foot too much. If they're prone to slipping on the heel or your toes slide down and hit the front shoe maybe you could give it a go? There are plenty of images online and videos on youtube showing you how to do it
