Just saw these... self lacing, adjustable by app the world has gone nuts. The next generation will adjust by themselves during the run apparently.
At £400 more than their dearest running shoes I think I’ll stick to tying my own laces.
You say that but I lost at least 30 seconds in my park run time because of redoing my laces... 😉 also someone once mentioned shoes with gps, hope these have that and music that adapts to your running pace!

The underside has a big light up bit... maybe that can be used to blind them?
Now that’s well thought out. Dazzle them with one foot while hopping rapidly to safety on the other ! I’m sure James May designed lighting-up shoes on ManLab. If he claimed the patent, we could be heading for a massive legal battle. This one could run and run (sorry 😂)

I love shoes with LEDs. I would have bought some years ago if they did adult sizes (but I did used to be a tour guide in a show cave).

At that price, I agree with Couchpotato2 that you should be able to get GPS, your favourite music and the C25K app.
By the way UnfitNoMore what excersise is best for runners, sit ups or press ups?
For this runner, press-ups, as I can’t do sit-ups! Actually I’ve read a few articles that don’t rate the sit-up for anything, and argue that crunches are more effective. I’d go press-ups as they work the core stability rather than core strength, and some strength in the arms helps. I don’t tend to do many though... I spend more time planking and in a press-up low hold rather than reps.
I do like the look - four hundred quid puts it on a par of a night with Mam'zelle Lorraine in the Boom Boom Tavern, Marseille....
And I just couldn't accept her money...
